The ceremony starts promptly at 6PM followed by a cocktail hour and reception until midnight on-site.
Yes! Transportation will be provided via shuttle and will be taking guests to and from the hotels that are in our room block. Shuttles will begin boarding at 5PM from each hotel and will leave promptly at 5:15PM SHARP. Shuttles will be running for guests back to the hotel in the evening as well. Please click on the travel tab for more information regarding the hotel details and shuttle timing.

Yes! Parking is available onsite and vehicles can be left overnight to be picked up in the morning!
There area few local downtown areas that are fun for walking around and boutique shopping. You can also check out Clinton or Madison for some seafood or a lobster roll on the water, Lobster Landing is the best! There is also a PGA golf course 10 mins away from the venue, Lyman Orchard Golf Club.
Weather permitting, we will be having our ceremony outdoors. Cocktail hour and reception will be a combination of indoor and outdoor! Everything is on the same property.
Yes! Crystal Lake Pavilion is in Middletown which is actually considered a college town, that means Ubers should be available throughout the night!
