But no seriously, we met how every other millennial meets.....a dating APP. Hey in all fairness, it was COVID and no one was allowed to leave their house. How else were we supposed to meet people?!

We met in the midst of COVID (over 3 years ago at this point...jeez how time flies!). Unfortunately because of this, majority of the local restaurants/bars were closed so our first date was at Kimball's Farm in Westford MA. At the time, due to distancing regulations, the ice cream stand operated drive through style. Matt forgot a mask so he had to wrap one of my old sweatshirts from the trunk around his head in order to be served...LOL. We drove up, grabbed our ice cream (Matt ordered the same ice-cream as me - Mint Chocolate Chip....he has never once ordered that ice cream again since that day LOL) . We parked at the nearby Whole Foods parking lot, sat in my car and talked for over 2 hours! It was the best first date and we have been inseparable since! We even catch ourselves going back to our first date spot on a regular basis! P.S if you're on the hunt for some delicious, homemade ice-cream, Kimball's is the spot to go!
