1. What's the best way to RSVP?

Please RSVP online on our wedding website by April 21, 2023.

2. What is the nearest airport?

Answer

Raleigh-Durham (RDU) is the nearest airport. It is a 25-minute drive to the North Raleigh hotels. You can do either a car rental or take an Uber/Lyft from the airport to the hotels.

3. Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

For our out-of-town guests, we have reserved two hotel blocks from Friday to Monday at the AC Hotel and Renaissance Hotel in North Hills, Raleigh. More information can be found on the travel section of our wedding website including direct links to booking a room. Please be sure to book by May 8th for discounted rates.

4. How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For our guests staying in either of our two hotel blocks in North Hills Raleigh, we will provide bus transportation to and from the wedding venue. Pickup times are as follows: From AC Hotel Only: 4pm From wedding to hotel: 8:30pm Early-Bird or 10pm Last Ride While you can take an Uber/Lyft from the hotel in North Hills Raleigh to the wedding, please keep in mind there will not be any Uber/Lyft rides available for pickup after the reception since the venue is at a remote location in New Hill.

5. What will your wedding-day timeline look like? Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

6. I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Raleigh?

Answer

Please refer to the Things to Do section. This includes a list of activities, bars, and restaurants to enjoy during your stay. All of our recommendations are in walking distance from the hotels. We recommend making reservations beforehand to avoid long wait times.

7. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

While the official wedding ceremony start time is at 5:30pm, we recommend arriving 20 minutes beforehand.

8. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests who will be driving themselves, there is free private parking on-premises.

9. What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire and Black Tie Optional

10. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will have both indoor/outdoor spaces while the reception will be indoors.

11. What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we can't predict the exact forecast on our special day, this is the South so plan for the weather to be hot and humid.

10. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We unfortunately are unable to accommodate children at our wedding that is not immediate family.

12. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by buffet style dinner. Alcoholic beverages include beer and wine along with non-alcoholic refreshments.

13. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Guests who have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please include that information when you RSVP on our website.

14. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open bar is available for beer and wine only.

15. When will the reception end?

Answer

Our wedding reception will end promptly at 10pm on Sunday night. Bus transportation back to the hotel is available at 8:30pm and 10pm. Please keep in mind there will not be any Uber/Lyft rides available for pickup from the New Hill area since the venue is at a remote location.

17. Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding there will be an envelope box for your convenience.
