What is the schedule for the wedding and the week of the wedding?

Answer

As of right now this is the schedule: - Sunday 5/1 or Monday 5/2: Bridal Shower (day and time TBD) - Tuesday 5/3: ceremony rehearsal (time TBD) - Tuesday 5/3 evening: rehearsal dinner (time and place TBD) - Wednesday: Wedding. Ceremony at 5pm, Reception at 6pm. Event ends at 9pm

Arrive no later than 5pm for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No there is not really a dress code. The colors for the wedding are light blue and rose gold, with accents of navy, creams, and greenery. Dress formal but comfortable. The ceremony will be outside, while the reception will be inside. If weather is bad, the ceremony and reception will both be inside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please email me if you have any food allergies or special requests. There will be a buffet dinner at the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of coarse! Please specify if you are brining children, and how many, as there is a child friendly menu option for them.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, you will not need transportation since it is in the same parking lot as the venue. If you are staying anywhere else, you will need to have transportation to the venue.
