Ubers and Parking

Because our wedding weekend is during French Quarter Fest, there may be surge pricing in place for parking garages and Ubers. For Ubers, you may be able to find better pricing/availability if you cross Canal Street to get a block away from the French Quarter (for example, the Courtyard by Marriott at 124 St Charles Ave is a good spot).

Shuttle

Wedding Day Shuttle

April 15, 2023 5:00 pm - 10:45 pm

Shuttles will be running from the wedding hotels to the ceremony at 5pm and will be running throughout the evening from the reception back to the hotels. Please find the pick up schedule below: 5:00pm - Hotel Monteleone 5:00pm - The Ritz Carlton 5:00pm - The Courtyard by Marriott Downtown 5:15pm - Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette A shuttle will be provided for all guests from the wedding ceremony to the reception, which is only a 4 min drive away. Feel free to drive yourself or Uber if you prefer, there is plenty of parking at the Audubon Tea Room (reception location). At the end of the reception at 10pm, the buses will take guests back to the hotels.

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown

We have a room block at this hotel for $299/night (the link below will direct you to the Landry/Koller Wedding Block). It is right on the edge of the French Quarter, perfect for walking around and enjoying the French Quarter Festival, but also a bit quieter at night for catching some shut-eye! NOTE: There will be a shuttle bus picking up guests at 5:00pm from the hotel to go to the church (please meet in the lobby by 4:45pm). It will also be shuttling guests back to the hotel after the reception.

Hotel Monteleone

The bride and groom will be staying at The Monteleone Hotel, and we invite you to do so as well! We have a room block at this hotel for $439/night (the link below will direct you to the Landry/Koller Wedding Block; please note that they have a two-night minimum). The hotel is in a beautiful historic building and has the famous rotating Carousel Bar located on the first floor! It is a perfect location for enjoying French Quarter Fest throughout the weekend too. Please book by Fri, March 3 to access the room block. Please use the link below or call the reservations desk at 800-535-9595 and note that you are a part of the Landry & Koller Wedding. The French Quarter and Uptown are full of Airbnbs and VRBOs, if you prefer those to a hotel! Let us know if we can be helpful in giving you guidance with regard to neighborhoods or any specific places you are considering!

Flight

MSY

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is the best place to fly into and less than 30 minutes from the hotel. You can easily catch a taxi or order a ride share, with Uber and Lyft pickups located right outside baggage claim.
