Why not get all dressed up? The dress code for the wedding is Black Tie (Optional). For ladies, we recommend wearing mid to floor-length dresses (please, no white). For men, we recommend wearing any color suit or tux due to summer heat (please, no jeans or khakis). ***See Pinterest Board here: https://www.pinterest.com/meghanngilmore/black-tie-optional-attire/?invite_code=cebc2a372ae54d0b8d55e6ef26eecc12&sender=9007405413176640
For the Welcome Drinks event on Thursday, we are going for Cocktail Attire, with a western twist, if you're feeling up for it. Cowboy/cowgirl hats and boots are welcome! ***See Pinterest Board here: https://www.pinterest.com/meghanngilmore/western-formal-attire/?invite_code=b225dc6e729c42cdb1a275251d6766bd&sender=9007405413176640
Swimsuits / super casual!
The RSVP date is strictly July 1, 2025. Invitations will be sent out in early May, 2025. If you have not received your invitation, please reach out to Meghann and Austin as soon as possible.
Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. Our reception will be in a covered tent. Welcome Drinks on Thursday, and the Pool Party on Saturday will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly!
We recommend you arrive at the resort (ceremony is on the premises) about 20 minutes before the ceremony (which begins at 4:30pm) so that we can start the party on time! There will be a drink station with water, lemonade, etc. available before you take your seat.
Our wedding is RSVP only, so we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you don't see another name on the invitation, we are unable to host them, and we appreciate you understanding.
While we LOVE all of your children, we can only accommodate those that are on your RSVP invite.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Colorado weather can change in a heartbeat. Expect warm days, with afternoon showers, and chilly nights. Pack accordingly - bring layers for evening festivities!
We are going to be at 8,000+ ft in elevation, which means the air is thin, and the sun is fierce. Please wear sunscreen (you should be doing this anyway, people), AND drink a ton of water!!
If we were unable to answer your questions, please feel free to reach out to Meghann at (720) 253-6564!
