When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that all RSVPs be submitted by X DATE. If you do not RSVP in time, please bring your own chair, a sandwich, and $50 for the inconvenience.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We are requesting all RSVPs be done online. We have created a “RSVP” section of our website where you’ll be able to submit your RSVP and request a song!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our party is semi-formal/business casual. We request that you do not wear jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list in order to stay within our budget. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have a strict guest list and budget. In order to stay within our budget, only those listed on the invite are welcome. If you have questions about if your kid/s are invited please reach out; but, the answer is probably no.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mount Joy. You can find their information under the “Travel” section of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel, we have arranged for a shuttle to and from for your convenience. All that information is under our “Travel” section.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This is an indoor venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There should also be parking attendants to assist you with where to park and where our party is.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We wanted to capture a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere and to achieve that we are not having a formal dinner. There will be hors d’oeuvres and tasting stations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We already have taken into account gluten and dairy allergies when making our food selections. If you have another allergy, please let us know.

Will you have an open bar?

Answer

We are doing an open bar of wine and beer. Liquor and mixed drinks will be cash bar. Soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea will be available as well for those who do not drink.

What will the weather be like?

As much as we are hoping for a beautiful early fall day of the mid 60s and sunshine, we honestly have no idea what Mother Nature will bring.

Which airport is the closest?

Answer

We recommend flying into Harrisburg International (HIA) as it is the closest. You also can fly into Lehigh Valley (ABE). If you are flying in, let us know and we can help you coordinate more!

Are there any local places you suggest we visit while in town?

Answer

We would love for you to get the most out of your trip to celebrate with us. We put some places under “Things To Do” that might be worth checking out!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence in celebrating our love and commitment to each other is more than enough. For those who feel inclined, we have created an adventure fund where contributions can be made. It can be found under the “Registry” tab.
