It was sophomore year at Boston College when Meghan and Rob met through an amazing group of mutual friends. Meghan and her roommates lived down the hall from Rob and his roommates, so the groups would always be hanging out. Rob and Meghan would casually spend time together over the new couple years, either grabbing lunch in Eagles Nest, tailgating on Saturday mornings, or taking shots at Walsh and 15 Radnor. They both admit now to secretly having crushes on each other, but didn't want to risk making things in the friend group awkward at the time.

Flash forward to the Summer of 2015. Only a handful of the larger friend group stayed in Boston while most had internships all over the country. Rob and Meghan grew closer and always had a great time together. After some nudging by their friends, Rob asked Meghan out on their first date to Fin's Sushi (bonus points for offering to pick her up on a tandem bike). Shortly into senior year, Rob knew he wanted to make it official and asked Meghan to be his girlfriend while dancing to Elton John's Tiny Dancer at Lansdowne Pub by Fenway Park.

After nearly 6 years of dating and endless memories and experiences together, Rob and Meghan were ready to advance in their relationship. Meghan and Rob had been living in California for about a year when they decided to take a trip back to Boston. After flying in on a redeye and only a one hour nap, Rob insisted on taking advantage of the beautiful, sunny day and suggested that they take a walk by their old, picturesque, Marlborough Street apartment. While reminiscing on all the good times they shared in their first home together, Rob got down on one knee and decided to create another amazing memory! The rest of the day was spent eating, drinking, and dancing with friends in the Seaport, a day that'll never be forgotten.
