Flashback to October 23rd, 2021 - Victoria Schaetzle's 30th birthday celebration. The after party ended up at Calamari's where a hello turned into forever.

In the middle of a crazy softball season, Go 'Cats!, Courey decided she would take her easiest week to propose to Meghan. On a random Tuesday in March, Courey had asked Meghan to run inside really quick to read the book she had gotten her for Valentines Day. (The book she conveniently said was back ordered.) Meghan came in to read the book quickly, so they could be on their way to dinner. However, at the end of the book it said, "Will you marry me, Meghan?" and when Meghan turned around Courey was on one knee in their apartment. Of course, Meghan said yes, and the rest is history!
