Transportation Details - Welcome Reception & Day of Wedding
Wedding Transportation: We know you're traveling from all over to celebrate this weekend with us. So will be covering the costs of your ferry tickets - upon boarding the ferry simply state that you are with the Wanger - Clifford wedding and you'll be all set. Ferry: There will be two ferries departing from Cousins Island on our wedding day. The first ferry will depart at 3:00PM. Please note this is a private ferry for wedding guests only. Therefore, you will not see this ferry reflected on the public schedule. The ferry will leave right on time and is unable to wait for any late guests. The second ferry will depart at 4:00PM. For a list of the full schedule, please visit Chebeague Island Transportation's Website: https://www.ctcferry.org/#schedule Car: If you are traveling to the ferry by car, please park at the Route 1 Parking Lot, which is located directly across the street from: 1 Thomas Drive, Cumberland Foreside, ME 04110 (note: this is a different location from the ferry port, as parking is not available at the port). Please arrive no later than 2:15PM if boarding the 3:00PM ferry or no later than 3:15PM if boarding the 4:00PM ferry. There is a charge of $20 to park in this lot, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the bus’ departure to purchase your parking ticket. We highly encourage all guests to carpool if possible. Taxi: If using a taxi for any transportation needs to or from the ferry, we highly recommend securing this in advance. Please note that although Ubers are easily accessible from the Portland airport and downtown Portland, they are not easily accessible from the ferry dock.
