We had our first date in January of 2022 on a snowy night in Morgantown, West Virginia. People have always said, "when you know, you know", and right from our first date we clicked. With Meg being a Doctor and Stephen working as a strength and conditioning coach in professional hockey, it was clear that we definitely understood how important it was to make the most of our time together outside of work. After only a month of dating we both agreed it felt like we had known each other our whole lives. Throughout the next twelve months, incredible memories were made with some of our favorite things to do together; whether it be relaxing at home watching the Olympics, dinner, drinks and hockey games in Pittsburgh, brunch and walks with our golden retriever Sadie at home, a week at the beach in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, and college football Saturdays in State College and Morgantown. Each day, each event, each memory, made our love for each other grow stronger and stronger. A year after that first date at Table 9 in Morgantown, Stephen asked Meg to marry him on the river walk, right next to Table 9, which he said "was the easiest question he's ever had to ask." We are looking forward to sharing our special day with you and creating yet another special chapter in our story together.
