We love your children. However, unfortunately we cannot accommodate extra guests, including children. We appreciate your understanding!
Outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises, but not to worry. It is our commitment to provide enough to last through the evening with plenty of varieties to choose from. While we understand there are certain other recreational substances permitted for use in the state of Washington, please refrain from partaking while on the venue property.
We will not have any pre-arranged travel for guests, unfortunately. However, there are Ubers and taxi services in the area, or you may be able to arrange travel services from one of the local hotels!
Yes! The venue has ample parking to accommodate all of our guests arriving by motorized vehicle, hovercraft, space ship, or rail car.
Not to worry! Our venue will have a golf cart and driver to transport guests to and from the parking area, ceremony, reception, and bathrooms. On-site staff members will assist with any other accommodations for our guests to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. If you or your guest require any extra accommodation, don't hesitate to reach out so we can make arrangements and ensure your comfort!
We would love for our guests to dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening.
Historically-speaking, the high temperature at the end of June in Woodland, WA ranges from the low 70s to low 90s. Keep in mind that it is the Pacific Northwest, so rain is a possibility. We will also be celebrating into the late evening, so be prepared for cooler temperatures as the night goes on.

The ceremony will be outdoors, but the seating area will be shaded by our good friend Herald, the 600-year old oak tree. Arrival and cocktail hour will also be outdoors with covered areas for shade or (**knocks on wood**) rain protection. The reception will be inside for dinner, with the option to mingle around the farm outside later.
Due to limited capacity at the venue, we can only accommodate guests that have been formally invited. If you received a plus-one, your invitation will be made to you, your guest, and/or family. There's plenty of time after the reception or on Sunday to meet up with your Tinder date! We hope you two really hit it off, and will be expecting a wedding invite.
We kindly ask all guests arrive to the venue between 2 - 2:30pm to be ready for the ceremony at 3pm. There will be beverages and some fun activities provided for guests on arrival. Grab a drink, play some cornhole, hang out, and expect to be guided to your seats around 2:45pm.
Grab a drink, mingle, & play yard games until Muriel (our lovely planner) asks you to take your seats!
Mexican food, buffet style! Everything will be gluten-free & we will have options to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Appetizers will be served prior to dinner. There will also be a variety of beverages served, including beer, wine, seltzers, two signature cocktails, and plenty of non-alcoholic options.
