You should never be on Arfsten Road!!!!! 1) Head South out of Parker on CO-83 S/S Parker Road 2) Continue South on CO-83/ N State Hwy 83 for approximately 25 miles 3) Turn Left onto S County Line Road/East Palmer Divide Avenue. 4) Proceed on East Palmer Divide Avenue approximately 1.5 miles and turn left to arrive at party. 7749 East Palmer Divide Avenue, Larkspur, Colorado 80118 (1st driveway-Balloons will be here) At NO POINT IN TIME should you turn on or be on ARFSTEN ROAD/82. You will end up at a neighboring property and won’t be able to access the property the event is at. Make sure you turn EAST onto East Palmer Divide Avenue to access the correct property. Balloons will be on each side of the gate. Please proceed down the driveway and once you reach the house veer right down to the barn. Someone will be directing you where to park. Please do not park on grass areas.
