Hyatt Ziva is an all-inclusive resort in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. It's an incredible resort with beautiful beaches, multiple pools, and plenty of incredible food options. As it's a popular resort, we encourage you to start the booking process as soon as possible in order to reserve your room.

Flight

Cancun International Airport

Cancun International Airport is the closest airport to the resort. Your nearest major city should have flight options to the Cancun airport! As this is an international flight, we recommend arriving at the airport early in order to make sure you have enough time to get through the airport and to your gate on time.

Travel Note

Passports

If you already have your passport, please make sure that your passport will be valid 6 months AFTER you would be returning the the US from Mexico in order to make sure you will be allowed to travel into Mexico. If you do not have your passport, please make sure that you begin the process of getting a passport sooner rather than later. Passport processing times can vary and can be lengthy!

Transportation

Transportation to and from the airport can be booked through Tracy Lehmann or through the Hyatt Ziva Resort. If you are booking your trip through Tracy Lehmann (which we highly recommend), you can find her information in our "Travel" tab on our website. She has been instrumental in the booking of our wedding and has booked many of our trips to Mexico over the years. She can take care of booking your stay and transportation. If you are wanting to book your stay and transportation directly through the Hyatt Ziva resort, you absolutely can. You can email the concierge desk at CANIF-AYR@hyatt.com to book your airport transportation.
