Guests may park at the reception venue to be shuttle to and from the ceremony. The shuttle will begin transporting folks at 2:30pm CST, so please plan to arrive by then.
Semi-Formal / Black Tie Optional. The ceremony will be outside and the reception is an indoor/outdoor venue. We want you to be comfortable and look nice for photos!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off, too! The event will be from about 3 to 9, so please prepare to care for them throughout the duration of the event if they join, or please make alternative arrangements for their care.

Yes. You may park at 200 Freeman Ranch St, Leander, TX 78641. This is our reception location. You will be shuttled to and from the ceremony.
Yes. Expect the following schedule: * 1:00 pm - Shuttle will arrive at the Hyatt Hotel. (If you are not staying at the Hotel, this will not be important to you.) * 1:45 pm - Shuttle will depart hotel and drive to reception location. (If you are not staying at the Hotel, this will not be important to you.) * 2:30 pm - Shuttle will begin shuttling back and forth from the reception location to the wedding venue location. (This is for all guests not included in the wedding party.) * 3:30 pm - Begin shuttling back to the reception location. (This is for all guests) * 4:00 pm - End services. There is no shuttle back to the hotel from the reception. Please make the proper accommodations.
