There are direct flights from PHX to MKE. It is about a 90 minute drive from the airport to the hotel venue. There is NOT a free shuttle from this airport.

As of now there are no direct flights from PHX to ATW. However there is a complimentary shuttle from ATW to the hotel if you call ahead (at least 72 hours in advance) and set up the times you need. It is about 30 minutes on the shuttle from ATW to the hotel venue.
