When do you need to RSVP?

Answer

We need a final head count by December 1st 2024. Please let us know if you can attend or not by this date.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal. Examples include a floral or colorful cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or dress slacks and a sports coat for men.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be shuttles for guests from the hotels with room blocks to the venue for the ceremony and reception on Saturday at 4:00 pm. The shuttles will also take guests back to those hotels after the reception ends around 11:00 pm and to Molly's Pub downtown for anyone who would like to join the happy couple for a nightcap.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love all your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We want parents to relax and enjoy themselves, so please treat this as a date night! Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue, but we recommend hopping on one of the buses. If you choose to drive or uber, please tell the gate you are part of the Gray-Bolesta Wedding.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, while the cocktail hour will be inside, and the reception will be in an air-conditioned tent. January tends to be warm 60s-70s in Sarasota but we recommend checking the weather as you pack for a more accurate forecast!
