We have reserved a courtesy block for our guests at the Tru by Hilton Hotel in Gastonia! Address: 534 North New Hope Road and, Remount Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054 Please use the link provided to book your block for Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th. As a reminder, EVERYONE is invited to the Welcome Party on Friday night, so we will have the hotel secured for both nights! The hotel code should be entered through the link, but if not please enter the code "CCW" to receive the block discounted rate of $129 per night. Shuttle
April 20, 2024 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Starting at 2:30 we will have three mini buses (25 people per bus) arriving at the hotel to transport people to the Venue. If you wish to utilize this service, please make sure you are in the lobby and ready for pickup. If you wish to drive your own car/your rental car, there is plenty of parking at the venue as well. The buses will also be returning to the venue around 10:15 to drop guests back off at the hotel after the reception. It is a 15-20 minute bus ride to/from the venue/hotel. Drinking on the shuttle buses are NOT allowed. If found with alcohol, Megan & Paul will be fined by the company. *Please only plan on taking the shuttle service if you have NO other way to/from the venue as spaces will be limited (75 passengers total). Please plan on carpooling and designating a DD if your group plans on drinking as we want everyone to enjoy and BE SAFE!
