In May of 2017 Megan and one of her best friend’s, Taylor, had decided to go out and meet a couple of friends for “just one drink”. Upon their arrival to Standard Hall the girls were greeted by not one but two bartenders- Nick and Tony, who liked to think of themselves as THE faces of standard hall. Megan’s typical girl order went something like “we would each love a vodka soda and a shot of something strong but citrusy that also doesn’t taste like alcohol”. Nick and Tony took it upon themselves to turn this order into a competition, each creating their own shots for the girls, Megan and Taylor would be the judges. Megan, who was totally biased, thought Nick’s shot was way better. As the night went on, Megan continued to distract Nick at the bar while phone numbers were exchanged and their conversation continued. After a little too much liquid courage, Megan ordered a vodka soda and a boyfriend. That same week Nick asked Megan on a date. The rest is history!
