A mutual friend called and asked Megan to be the Designated Driver for the night. Megan agreed and met with the friend, Michael and a large group of friends. Megan showed up, was introduced to the group and socialized as one would. She showed particular interest in Michael who was “playing it cool”. Both Megan and Michael asked their friends if the other was single and they slowly started talking more and more throughout the night. Michael wasn’t drinking much that night either, so the two of them hit it off and talked about everything under the sun. They learned a lot about their common interests and priorities. By the end of the night, they were two peas in a pod. Megan made the first move giving her number to Michael and their first date was planned before the night was over.
