When should I book by?

Answer

October 1st! We need to know who is attending in order to plan accordingly. We recommend you make your room deposit as soon as you can through our travel agent. Guests must book by October 1st to guarantee a room in our wedding block at a discounted rate. Please follow the link on our Travel page to get in contact with our to our travel agent and fill out the "Destination and Wedding Rates Form".

What dates should we book?

Answer

We will be at the resort from February 22nd-29th. Guests are welcome to book any dates for as long or as short as you want through our travel agent, this is your vacation too. We only ask that you’re there on our big day, the 26th!

What if I have airline points I want to use to book my flight?

Answer

If guests are using points to book airfare, then they will need to book their airfare on their own, BUT you will need to book your room reservation through our travel agent.

What all is included at an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Staying at an all-inclusive resort means your stay, unlimited food, drinks (including alcoholic), activities, and entertainment are included in the booking price of the resort.

Is there anything that’s not included in the all-inclusive package?

Answer

Although tips are technically included in your resort package, you’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Keep in mind, your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid with a credit card at the resort.

How can I prepare before my trip?

First and foremost, it is important to update or get a passport for this trip! Unico 2087 has many room customizations from selecting what you would like in your rooms mini-bar, signature room cocktail, choice of pillows, aromatherapy room sent and more. You can make the majority of these customizations before you get to the resort by downloading their app "UnicoRivieraMaya". This app is also great for learning more about the resort, dining options, spa packages, excursions, daily activities and much more!

Is Unico taking COVID-19 precautions?

After much research and conversation, UNICO 20°87° resort continues to practice safety precautions in order to reduce the risk of exposure to its guests and workers. We encourage our guests to read more about the resorts precautions on their website and guest reviews.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, Unico 2087 is an adults-only resort. Our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy a celebratory vacation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable and not feel restricted from showing off your sweet dance moves! We recommend dressing light and breezy since the air will be warm. For the ladies, a nice sundress is ideal. For the men, khaki slacks and linen shirts work perfectly.
