Question
Are kids allowed?
Answer
We absolutely adore everyone’s children, however, we want to take this evening to let all adults celebrate with us without worrying about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children during the ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Do not pull a Megan, to make sure you are on time to the ceremony we recommend everyone show up at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony so they can get settled and seated before the proceedings.

What do I wear?
Answer
Whatever you feel comfortable in! We do ask to take this opportunity to dress up, it is November in the mountains so remember to dress warm incase the weather is cold. It is an indoor and outdoor event. We recommend atleast semi-formal wear. Any questions just ask!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
YES! We are supplying all of the alcohol, as the venue states guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol and unfortunately they will be asked to leave. There will be an open bar with bartenders, if there is something you would like to request to be served at the bar we do accept bribery to ensure your choice will be an option! We strongly encourage that if your drinking do NOT drive down the mountain, we will arrange a place for you to stay or a ride home

RSVP?
Answer
You may RSVP by sending back the RSVP mailing card, or simply RSVP online on this website. Please RSVP before October 1, 2023 so we can order all the food and alcohol in time.

Will I need cash?
Answer
Optional. There is an open bar that is staffed. There will also be a money dance during the reception, that we would love to enjoy with you while you throw money at us!

What about food?
Answer
We will have buffet style food available for you. Cocktail hour will have finger foods and a mashed potato bar. Main dinner will include Italian pastas, salad, garlic bread. And of course cake!

Do I have to bring a gift?
Answer
No! Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift or card to our wedding, there will be a gift table and card holder for your convenience.

When will the reception end? After party?
Answer
The reception will end at 10pm, after that guests are free to go back to their cabins or rooms, and do whatever you would like. We strongly encourage that if your drinking do NOT drive down the mountain, we will arrange a place for you to stay or a ride home, your keys will be taken.
