Rewind, it's August of 2013, and previously-homeschooled Megan Murphy is making her debut at Watkins Middle School. She's nervous yet excited. Making her way out of the locker room after her first P.E class, a young man catches her eye. He's tall, lanky, and sporting a freshly shaved head. It was love at first sight...for Megan at least. Throughout the next couple of years, the two would go on to share several classes together. They even sat next to each other... yet they never spoke. Megan was scared out of her mind to talk to Eli, and Eli never noticed Megan. Fast forward to the spring of junior year. Megan is sitting in a friend’s living room getting ready for a bible study. Eli walks in and he notices Megan. She's beautiful. The tables had turned, and this time Eli was too nervous to speak to Megan. After a year of worshipping together at that same bible study, through a few twists and turns, they both finally gained the confidence to just talk to each other. Eli and Megan started taking long drives around town; and just talking. They sat at coffee shops just talking. They took walks just talking. They ate together just talking. They spent two years long distance just talking. Now, Eli and Megan will spend the rest of their lives... just talking.
