Whiskey Island and Wendy Park is home to the old coast guard station, has a wonderful walking path right on the lake at the mouth of the river, and is a bit quieter than Edgewater Park. The Whiskey Island Distillery is a great spot to grab a drink outside and people watch right on the water!
