We will be staying at Delamar Resort right next door to Bayshore. There is no room block discount. However, if you book through their website, there is a discount for Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana residents. You will be able to secure a better rate through the resident discount than any block we were able to negotiate.

Shuttle

Shuttle From Delamar to Timberlee Hills

October 13, 2023 3:45 pm - 11:30 pm

Shuttle will arrive at Delamar to pick up any guest that are downtown Traverse City. Bus will leave at 3:45pm. There will be a shuttle running in the evening back to Delamar. Look for the larger 56 passenger bus to get home. Last shuttle back will leave at 11:15pm. No Hard Liquor Allowed on Shuttle

Shuttle from Tru by Hilton to Timberlee Hills and Back

October 13, 2023 3:45 pm - 11:30 pm

Shuttle will arrive at Tru to pick up any guest that are at Tru by Hilton. Bus will leave between 3:45pm and 4:00pm. There will be a shuttle running in the evening back to Tru by Hilton. Look for the smaller 28 passenger bus to get home. Bus will begin taking trips to Tru by Hilton at 10:00pm. Last shuttle back will leave at 11:15pm. No Hard Liquor is allowed on shuttle
