If I am not staying at the hotels, where do I meet for the shuttles?

Answer

A shuttle will be at each of the hotels (Residence Inn Main Street and Hampton Inn at The University) at 3:30 p.m. They will be leaving at 3:45 p.m. sharp and will not be doing a second pickup.

What time are the shuttles leaving the reception?

Answer

We will have one early shuttle departing the vineyard at 9:30 p.m. The second departure will be at 11:15 p.m. and will make stops at both hotels.

Can I drive to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, but you will need to park in the public spaces near the Grand Hall, which at the top of the property. You will have to walk down a large hill (there is pavement) for about 0.3 mile or an 8 minute walk. The shuttles can also drive you down the hill once they arrive.
