Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Free valet will be provided for those not staying at the hotels.

Is there a shuttle available?

Answer

Yes - the trolley will make 2 loops, first departs at 3:30 and the second departs at 4:00. The trolley will also be available to take you back from the venue to the hotel starting at 10pm

Can I get early check in for my hotel room?

Answer

Unfortunately the hotels cannot guarantee early check in. If you absolutely need to be here early in the day, we recommend booking Friday night as well, and taking advantage of some of our favorite dinner spots on our “things to do” page!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on the website - click the header above or use your phone's camera to scan the QR code provided with your invitation. RSVP by December 9th.

Why didn't I get asked about a meal option on the RSVP?

Answer

You order at the table! No need to remember what you picked :)
