What safety precautions are you taking?

Answer

We plan to follow all national and local guidelines as it relates to COVID-19 and will be getting married on August 27 regardless! -All guests are either vaccinated or getting a COVID-19 test before attending the wedding. -While the ballroom is indoors we are expecting less than 100 guests with a room capacity of over 300. The room also has an entire wall of doors that will be open for increased ventilation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

What time should I arrive to Water’s Edge on Friday?

Answer

The busses will leave promptly at 2PM from the front of the hotel. We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy a drink and the view! Please expect traffic on 95 and plan accordingly. If you are checking in to the hotel on Friday they will gladly hold your bags. There are also plenty of restrooms avaliable to freshen up.

Can we check in early on Friday?

Answer

Check in at Water’s Edge is at 3PM. We can’t guarantee they will have early checkin avaliable but you can ask upon arrival. The front desk will gladly hold your bags before the ceremony and you can check in upon our return or after the reception!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire please. Men should wear a jacket, though seersucker and bright colors are highly encouraged. For everyone else anything goes—the dressier the better :) Just please no jeans or white.

We already booked our hotel room for 2020, how do we move the date?

Answer

If you booked your room through our hotel block Water's Edge will automatically transfer your reservation! If you have any questions or need any help don't hesitate to reach out to Hailey or Adam.
