Our story began on September 11, 2010. Marlon and I met during an outing through mutual friends (one of the friends is in the wedding party). At first neither one of us wanted to speak to each other, but once I saw our friends having an in depth conversion I took it upon myself to go over and say hello. During the weeks to follow we had long phone conversations and went on quite a few double dates. Eventually he asked me out on a date with just us, and the rest is history. This headstrong yet loving man worked his way into my heart and will be there forevermore.

Sonya & I may have been at the same event on September 11th, but we didn't officially meet until September 12th. Nonetheless, I vividly remember being intrigued by the quality of Our initial conversation, and knew I wanted to learn more about Sonya. Several conversations and dates would follow and I came to the realization that SHE WAS A KEEPER! Subsequently, I asked Sonya to be My Girl and the rest is history. I'm extremely grateful to have you in my life, and eagerly anticipate OUR collective progression from now until forever. #MEANTTOBEMANNING
