The Wedding Website of Brandon Charles Clement Leyritz and Erica Marie Wikan
There are sure to be a several questions that come up. We've addressed some of the most common ones, but if you have any more please reach out to Pat Leyritz at (206) 915-6340 or pleyritz@gmail.com.
Question

Do I need to be fully vaccinated from COVID to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes, for the comfort and safety for all of our guests and to comply with state regulations, we are requiring that everyone attending be fully vaccinated, at least two weeks before the event. Also, if you haven’t received your booster for the vaccine, please do that as well for your own safety.

Question

Can I bring our children with us? They weren’t on the RSVP.

Answer

We would love to have everyone attend along with their children, but due to the current state of the world, we are limiting guest count to an intimate number. To maximize our guest count, this is an adult only wedding.

Question

I’m vaccinated, but do I need to have a COVID test as well?

Answer

We have provided many layers of protection for the safety and comfort of all of our guests. Even though everyone is vaccinated, we would like to have everyone have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. There are many free sites around the King County area and you can find those locations at: https://kingcounty.gov/~/media/depts/health/communicable-diseases/documents/C19/COVID-19-testing-locations.ashx?la=en.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are preparing an intimate elegant night out for our closest family and a few of our friends. We would like to match the excitement of the event with our formal dress code. Men are requested to wear a suit and tie and women are requested to wear cocktail dresses or gowns.

Question

Do we have to stay at the Renaissance Hotel?

Answer

No, we do have a block of rooms established with rates as low as $89 per night at the Renaissance which is a quarter of a mile from the Columbia tower, but you’re free to stay wherever you would like.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

We will be validating parking in the Columbia Tower garage. You need to come south on 5th Ave, turn right in Columbia Street and the garage is halfway down that block to the left. The garage says Columbia Tower parking.

Question

Do we need to have a mask with us?

Answer

Per the State regulations, masks are required in every public building. While you’re in the ceremony or reception room, masks aren’t required but as soon as you step out of either room, a mask must be worn.

Question

I see my name under the RSVP section, but can I bring someone else?

Answer

Because we had to reduce the number of guests that attend to the size of an intimate gathering, we don't have the capability to allow plus one's. We can only accommodate a small number of our family and a few friends. We are having the option of a live stream to allow more people to celebrate the ceremony with us. The link can be found in the "Events" section.

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

You can if you want to, but everything is pretty central downtown Seattle. We have a great public transportation system and ride share options if you want to venture outside of the wedding area. The Sound Transit light rail will be able to bring you from the airport to about a couple blocks from the hotel. Even though it’s not complete yet, you can take it all the way up to Northgate Mall.

Question

I’m not feeling. Well what should I do?

Answer

We’re sorry that you’re not feeling well. Please call or text Jane Brigham at (810) 656-4006 as soon as possible and we can advise you of next steps. If you have developed symptoms after Sunday January 2, we just ask that you let us know and stay home from the wedding so you can properly heal.
