Denver International Airport
The easiest airport to fly into is the Denver airport. Steamboat Springs is about a 3 hour drive from DIA. There are a variety of options available for transportation, but the easiest is renting a car from the airport.

Yampa Valley Regional Airport
There is a regional airport about 30 miles outside of Steamboat that has a few flight options. There is limited rental car availability from this airport, so we recommend our guests book a shuttle if flying into this airport.

This is the hotel in Steamboat Springs where we have a room block. Guests will receive a discounted rate when booking through the website above, or calling the front desk directly and mentioning the Hengel Otto Wedding! This will also be the first stop on the shuttle to the reception venue.

Steamboat Lake Outpost
The Steamboat Lake Outpost has a variety of lodging options including individual cabins, hotel rooms, and RV/tent sites. Unfortunately, there is no discount code available and guests are encouraged to book early as the lodge will likely fill up during the fall hunting season! This will be the second stop on the shuttle to the reception.

The shuttle schedule is as follows: PICK UP TIMES Holiday Inn - 5:00 pm Steamboat Lake Outpost - 5:45 pm Cabins at Columbine - 5:55 pm RETURN TIMES All shuttles will leave from Midnight Ranch and make stops at each pick up point, as needed. Midnight Ranch - 10:00 pm Midnight Ranch - 11:00 pm Midnight Ranch - 12:00 am
