Question

How does the Dayton Art Institute operate during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

Masks are required to enter the building and must be worn at all times except for the meal. Physical distancing should be followed. Please do not come if you feel unwell. For additional details, check out their website: http://www.daytonartinstitute.org/visit/dai-covid-19-faq.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place in the Gothic Cloister in the Dayton Art Museum. You will be seated at your assigned table for both. Table assignments will be found on your name card. There will be a maximum of 8 guests per table, and tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart.

What is the mask policy?

Answer

Masks will be required by all guests while inside the Dayton Art Institute venue for the duration of the event. Masks however, are not required while seated during the meal.

In light of COVID-19, how will food be prepared and distributed?

Answer

Our caterers will serve you a plated dinner at your table, along with water, tea, and coffee, based on your RSVP selection.

What about kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 circumstances, our guest list is limited to adults (Age 13 and up).

What if things change due to COVID?

Answer

We will let you know ASAP if anything changes for the event. After you RSVP, if you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as you can. Don't feel bad. We recognize these are uncertain times!
