FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 24th, 2024. Letting us know if you are attending by this date will help aid in getting a final head count and finalizing our day-of details as soon as possible.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking that everyone wear Garden Cocktail Attire. For ladies that will mean cocktail dresses, little black dresses, fancy floral dresses, and dressy jumpsuits. We ask that men wear suits. Ties are optional and fun floral ties are encouraged, but not required.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see our registry listed here on Zola.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arrive for our ceremony at 2pm. The ceremony starts at 2:30pm and is located in downtown Tampa, so parking will be on the street and in nearby paid parking lots. Arriving at 2pm will give you time to park and be seated in the church for our start time.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our travel page for hotel recommendations.

Question

Are phones allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an electronics free event. Our ceremony is a sacred time that we would like everyone to be fully present for, so we are asking all guests to please turn off their phones and/or leave them in their cars. We have hired a photographer to capture all of the moments of our ceremony, so there is no need for others to take pictures.

Question

Will phones be allowed at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Phones at the reception are encouraged and we would love to see all the pictures that everyone takes throughout the night while we celebrate.

Question

What type of church is the wedding ceremony at?

Answer

Our ceremony is being held in a Catholic church, a place of worship and prayer. While looking and walking around in the common areas is perfectly fine, we ask that all of our guests, regardless of faith background, treat the church with respect.

Question

What do I need to know about attending a Catholic wedding ceremony?

Answer
