Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through your emailed invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No strict dress code. We expect guest to wear things like dresses and jumpsuits for women, dress pants and dress shirt for men +/-tie. But please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having a shuttle to transport people from the recommended hotels to and from the venue. See “Travel” page for more information.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception are all at Valley View Farm and there is a large parking lot on site.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to be at the ceremony site by 4:00 pm. We will have live music at the ceremony site starting at this time. If you arrive earlier, the Muse Cider Bar will be open as a cash bar for drinks before the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, please leave them at home. If you will be traveling with your little ones and need child care during the wedding please reach out to Sarah and Ian to help arrange it for you.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include this in your RSVP. You can also reach out to Sarah or Ian individually. We will have a variety of options to accommodate those who follow a gluten free or vegetarian diet. If you have a more complex request (vegan, both gluten free and vegetarian, serious allergy etc) please let us know.
