The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all take place at The Bluffs.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting). September in Indiana is unpredictable! Be sure to check the forecast prior to selecting your outfit. 

Wedding Attire: Cocktail

Overnight parking is not permitted. A shuttle service will run from the Courtyard Marriott to the Bluffs on loop up to an hour before the ceremony and following the reception. We strongly encourage utilizing the shuttle, Uber, or Lyft so everyone may enjoy their evening safely. 

As much as we love your children, we kindly request this be an adult only affair. We appreciate your understanding!

The group discounted rate for the Crews/Gardiner Wedding at the Courtyard Indianapolis Castleton is available for two nights. You may check in as early as Thursday, September 14th. Check out is by 11:00AM EST on Saturday, September 16th, 2023. See the "Travel" section for booking.
