Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plentiful parking. If you need to leave your car overnight, that is okay as well! There will also be a roundtrip shuttle bus from the Omni hotel in downtown Charlottesville if you'd like a night off from driving (see "Accommodations & Shuttle" section for info).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress up, dress down, wear whatever your heart desires. The ceremony is on grass, so choose footwear wisely.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving as early as 4pm (hint: there may be a welcome drink waiting for you). The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless otherwise specified, adults only please! If you cannot attend due to lack of childcare, please let us know and we can work something out. We want to celebrate with all our wonderful invitees.

But...what about COVID?

Answer

We will be continually monitoring the impacts of coronavirus so that we can throw a safe celebration! We plan to implement any necessary precautions depending on what the situation looks like come September 2021. Please get vaccinated if you are able to; we may have guests who are unable to get vaccinated themselves due to personal medical issues, have weakened immune systems or are simply too young, so please help us protect them. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
