We highly recommend visiting the Science Museum of Minnesota. It is a blast for all ages.

Science Museum of Minnesota

Always a fun place to visit and shop around. 
Step 1: buy fiancé a pretzel as a bribe
Step 2: walk around MOA for 3 hours

Mall of America®

The Sculpture Garden is a fantastic place to walk around and get those steps in. It has the iconic cherry sculpture and is great for pictures.

Minneapolis Sculpture Garden

This movie theater is the best. Amelia is a big fan. She recommends getting Punch Pizza carry-out (next door) and slipping it into the theater. Dinner and a show.

Mann Theatres

Best view in Saint Paul. This is an iconic UST place to go. It has a gorgeous view overlooking the Mississippi River.

Scenic Overlook

Best burger joint in town. Our favorite item on the menu is the Lodge Burger.

The Nook

If you don't go to Cossettas while in Saint Paul, then you're doing it wrong. It's a lively Italian restaurant with cafeteria style service, so grab a tray and get in line! Our favorite item on the menu is their famous Mostaccioli Con Ricotta.

Cossetta

If you have a thing for pizza, then this is the place to go. And did I mention they have empanadas? Our favorite menu items are the Jamon y Queso empanadas and the Sarandara pizza.

Boludo

Another iconic Saint Paul hot spot. Our favorite menu item is the Tres Leches cake. It will melt in your mouth and they top it with fresh raspberries. All of their desserts are crazy good!

Cafe Latte

One of the best spots in Saint Paul for a tasty treat. Our favorite menu item is the cinnamon roll.

The Buttered Tin - St. Paul (Lowertown)

Surly has a fun environment with some tasty beers.

Surly Brewing Co.

If anyone is looking for a party, this is the place to be. It's a bar in downtown Minneapolis with a rooftop space.
