Diane and I met in 2011, the first year of teaching for both of us. The traumatic experience that is teaching bonded us for life. Now going on 8+ years of friendship, we've been to countless country concerts, consumed cases of Coors Light while hogging barstools at Moore's Tavern, debated the meaning of life, "breakfronts" & the best type of sprinkle (rainbow v chocolate). We've been booed off the dance floor while trying to line dance, we've climbed a volcano in 100 degree heat, rung in several New Years and depressing birthdays, and survived a champagne joyride with complete strangers along the Grand Canal. There is no one else more deserving of the high honor of holding up my dress on my wedding day when I need to use the WC than this gal! <3

If Jenn were a super-hero, she'd be Miss Adventure. She and I first met while preparing to student-teach in Bilbao, Spain. In fact, nearly 9 years later, she's still listed in my contacts as "Jenn Spain". What I love most about this lady is her spirit for adventure. She never turns down an opportunity for a new experience, whether it be a quick jaunt to Madrid for the Superbowl, a day trip to pet some wolves at a winery, a mechanical bull ride in Savannah, a stay at America's most haunted hotel, or kayak in manatee-infested waters... I'm sure I'm leaving out even crazier adventures. Jenn pushes me, and everyone lucky enough to call her a friend, to try new things and make the most of every day. She is ALWAYS there for me, even though she'd prefer to text than answer the phone.. :P

They say opposites attract, but Bella and I bonded over some of our shared interests - traveling, the beach, breweries, and, FIREMEN! :P We met in 2017 when we both accepted teaching positions in Avon. Cooincidentally, we were both previously living in the same zip code up in Morris County prior to this. I like to think that we crossed paths with living 'up north', but I guess we'll never know.

Aparna, AKA "A-prena", and I have been friends since our awkward high school days. This girl knows things about me that no one else does.. Our busy lives sometimes allow months to go by without seeing each other, but every time we are together it's like no time has passed. Love this girl!
