We are planning a BBQ for family and out of town guests. All others please join us at the Ponderosa lodge as you arrive and meet the rest of the tribe!

We will have a light continental breakfast at the Ponderosa Lodge. Come grab some coffee, juice, bagels, fruit, etc to start off the day :)
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, slacks or suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Think classy, kooky Kentucky Derby fun!
It’s summer time in western Washington! The weather will start getting warm around 2p, so we will have an early ceremony outside and lunch reception inside to avoid the heat of the day.
4:00 pm
There’s plenty to do at the Mt Springs lodge or surrounding area to enjoy the afternoon. Either relax on site with James, Lisa, & Clark at the pool/lodge/etc, walk trails around the property, or explore the quaint Bavarian town of Leavenworth (~20min drive). We will be having field games, cornhole, croquet etc. Check out the links in the “To Do” tab for other ideas and locations.

Our ceremony and reception are about us, this party is about all of you who are with us for this wonderful weekend. Join us for a cookout in the evening to continue the fun & celebration. This is our time to catch up with everyone and enjoy our favorite people all together for the 1st and maybe only time. Sunset isn’t until after 9p, so plenty of day to still play!

We’ll be hanging out at the Ponderosa for a casual brunch and spend more time together. Stop by before you head out. We will be mingling for as long as we can before everyone must continue on with their travels.
