They met at a soccer game of a mutual friend's. He was playing, she was watching from the sidelines. They became friends on Facebook a while later, in which he was remembered as "the guy who got dragged off the field" when he was hurt during the game. Haha

After a somewhat rocky start, they made things official on May 29, 2012. Since then, they have moved several times, but have been living in Bel Air for a few years now, with their cats, Tyiren and Arya. On the weekends, they enjoy relaxing at home, going for walks around the neighborhood, or playing World of Warcraft. They also enjoy going for walks and visiting with his nephew, Kellin.

They spent the weekend in Kennett Square, PA, where they stayed at a cottage on a local vineyard. They walked the town, relaxed, and went to Longwood Gardens that Sunday. He proposed in a beautiful gazebo on a lake on the Gardens. It was the perfect view!
