Where is the closest airport?

Answer

Detroit Metro Airport is the closest airport to Grosse Ile. It is a thirty minute drive from where the wedding will be.

Where do I stay?

Answer

Under the travel tab, you will find some hotel recommendations. If you are coming for the weekend, we recommend that you stay downtown Detroit. There is plenty to do and see. If you just need somewhere to sleep on Saturday, Woodhaven is only twenty minutes from the venue.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Grosse Ile Yacht Club. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be held inside.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. However, there are plenty of Ubers and taxis in the area. There will be parking available at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire.
