Where is the Venue?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, Hiland Park Country Club. The address is: 195 Haviland Rd, Queensbury, NY 12804. Exit 19 on the 87 is the closest highway exit to the venue.

What is the closest airport and train station to the venue?
Answer
The closest airport is Albany International Airport. The closest Amtrak station is Fort Edward, NY.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be free parking at the venue. If you’re driving, there’s plenty of space to park. We’ll also be offering shuttle between the Home2 Suites, Queensbury Hotel, and Hiland Park Country Club for anyone who needs transportation.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes, we have placed a block at the Home2 Suites. Information can be found in the travel page. We also suggest The Queensbury Hotel, which is nestled in the town of Queensbury. We will be running a shuttle bus from the Home2 Suites and The Queensbury Hotel.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail, so feel free to wear something that makes you feel fabulous!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 26, 2025. You can do so right here on our wedding website www.zola.com/wedding/MccarthyDunbarWedding, or feel free to email us at DunbarMcCarthy@gmail.com with your response. Don’t forget to include any dietary preferences or restrictions!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If you received an invitation with a plus-one, then feel free to bring a guest! If you're unsure or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Answer
Our wedding will be an adults-only event, except for our nieces and nephews. We hope this gives you the chance to let loose and have some fun! Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to party with you!

Of course! When you RSVP on our website, you can include any food allergy or other instructions.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour starting around 7:00 pm, followed by dinner, speeches, and of course—dancing! We want you to enjoy the entire day, so we’ve planned a fantastic celebration from start to finish. The festivities will wrap up at midnight, with an option shuttle bus to bring you back to the Home2 Suites or Queensbury Hotel.
