Their paths didn't cross until one summer day on July 16, 2016, when they both scored seats next to each other at a country concert to see Keith Urban. That night, Hannah stole Zach's hat and Zach stole Hannah's heart. From falling in love in New York City, to countless laughs in their first home together in Hoboken, a surprise proposal in Savannah, and now endless snuggles with Big Al in Morristown -
