Hotel
Please make your reservations through the link provided in order to get the block rate. If you prefer to make your reservations over the phone, be sure to mention you are apart of the Mazur-Kuhn block (or code MKB). For those checking into the Embassy Suites on Friday, their standard check-in is 4pm. We have let them know the ceremony is to start at that time and they will do their best to have rooms available ASAP. Please make a note to check in early with your reservation. If you are unable to check in early, the hotel will store your belongings and the shuttle will make a trip back to the hotel between the ceremony and reception if you wish to check in then.
Flight
Chicago-Rockford International airport is the closest airport to the hotel (5 miles), but Allegiant Airlines is the only airline option. O'Hare International Airport is a bit further (74 miles), but offers all major airlines.
Shuttle

Shuttle services will be provided by Coach USA. Shuttles to the ceremony will depart at 3:15pm & 3:30pm. Starting at 8:00pm, the shuttle will make trips to the Rockford Riverfront Embassy Suites every 30 minutes until 11:30pm. For those of you who would like to walk, it is about a half mile (10 minute) walk across the bridge. Individuals driving to the venue are welcome to park in the public parking lot across from the venue (150 E State St).
