Max and Brenna met while working at an Italian restaurant in Lawrence, Kansas in 2011. Brenna remembers meeting Max for the first time and feeling instant butterflies in her stomach, especially since their first conversation was all about music — the key to Brenna's heart. Brenna looked forward to every shift she worked with Max (just ask MOH Ashley) and was so excited when, 6 months later, Max officially asked her out. Max invited Brenna to a retro video game night at his place with all of his friends, later asking to join in on her process of re-watching all of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Joke was on Brenna because Max wasn’t interested in watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Instead, they spent the entire night talking about life and each other's lives until 4 in the morning. This was the night their love story officially began. During their 10 years together, Max and Brenna have experienced all sorts of adventures, and are so excited to share their biggest one yet — MARRIAGE — with all of their friends and family!
