Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie preferred. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women are encouraged to wear a formal full length evening gown or dressy separates. We would love to see you dress up for the occasion. Have fun!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will take place indoors with the option to go outdoors on a patio deck. The reception will be indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The wedding is in early Spring so it can be anywhere from high 50s to low 70s. It is too soon to tell. We will keep you updated!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening, with the exception of our two flower girls included in our wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking for all wedding guests on the day of the wedding on site at the venue. If you are using a driver service, they will drop you off in front of the venue.
