Elite Shuttle Services

IMPORTANT UPDATE: If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn hotel, please be ready for the shuttle service to pick you up directly from the hotel at 2:30 PM. We reserved a shuttle service to assist in transporting guests to the venue, as the venue is located in the mountains and there is limited parking available. The shuttle holds 14 people maximum. The shuttle will be available throughout the evening and at the end of the night to get everyone back to their vehicles or accommodations. Please note, the shuttle service will create a customized schedule to pick you up directly from your accommodations if you stay within one of the shuttle's serviceable zones. If you choose to stay at the Fairfield Inn where we blocked rooms (hotel information included below), the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off directly from the hotel. If you choose to stay in a hotel/cabin that is located outside of a serviceable zone, the shuttle can pick you up directly from a central parking lot. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

We've reserved rooms for our guests at the Fairfield Inn in Pigeon Forge, as the shuttle service offers door-to-door service from this hotel to the Trillium. Please note, we are only able to block ten rooms at a time, so as they fill up, we will reserve an additional ten rooms for our guests. When calling to make your reservation, please state that you are making a reservation under the group block for the Lenhart-Schmidt wedding and the code is LSWS. The front desk should be able to walk you through the rest of their reservation process.
