Shuttle

We highly encourage folks to use the school bus shuttle service we've set up between the Doubletree hotel (3600 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor) and the wedding venue. Departure and pick-up times are below. Please stay safe and default to the shuttle, a ride service, or carpooling if you plan to drink. First shuttle from DoubleTree leaves at 2:45 PM (we encourage folks to take this shuttle since the second one might fill up!) Second and Last shuttle from DoubleTree leaves at 3:15 PM First shuttle from venue leaves at 8:40 PM Second shuttle from venue leaves at 9:20 PM Third and last shuttle from venue leaves at 10:00 PM
Travel Note
If you plan to use a ride share service at the end of the night, please know that it is likely to be hard to get a service to come out to the venue. We recommend that you take the shuttle to the hotel and then have a ride share service pick you up there.

There will be free parking near the venue (5445 Hellner Road, Ann Arbor), although there will be a bit of a walk down a dirt road. We ask that you carpool if possible. Various neighbors have generously allowed us to use their properties, which will be delineated with caution tape and/or signage. If you park on the road, make sure you're parking on the same side of the road as other cars so other folks can still get through (or you'll get towed). A parking diagram will be sent via email ahead of the wedding.

There are many options to get from the airport to Ann Arbor. You may rent a car, grab a taxi or ride share, or take a Michigan Flyer bus (michiganflyer.com).
