Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Additionally, the friendly staff will be available to assist guests and provide transportation to the ceremony site via golf cart, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for all our guests.

What meal options will be available at the wedding reception?
Answer
At the wedding reception, we will be serving a double entrée meal featuring Chicken Chardonnay Alfredo and Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Beverages provided will include tea, lemonade, and water.

Can I bring my own beer/alcohol to the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately, no outside alcohol is permitted. However, beer and alcoholic beverages will be provided and served exclusively through the bartenders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Are there recommended hotels or accommodations nearby?
Answer
There are several hotel options conveniently located within a 15-18 minute drive of the venue. These include accommodations in Seguin near I-10 & Hwy 123, in San Marcos near I-35 & Hwy 123, and in New Braunfels near Hwy 46 & I-35.

Do you have any hotel blocks reserved for guests?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Days Inn by Wyndham located at 2950 N Hwy 123 Bypass, Seguin, TX 78155. Phone: (830) 372-0860. Please indicate that your reservation is for the Maurer Wedding room block. Pricing is as follows: $180 plus tax for a double bed room, and $195 plus tax for a double queen room with pull-out. The hotel has advised that rooms are expected to sell out rapidly, so it's recommended to book during the month of May. Cancellations are permitted until July 13th for a full refund.

We are fortunate enough to already have all the physical items we need for our home. No gifts are expected, but donations to our honeymoon fund are always welcome to help us experience the trip of a lifetime.
