When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are requested by September 19, 2024. Formal invitations will be mailed out in July 2024. Rehearsal dinner invitations will follow in August.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal response cards and pre-paid postage will be provided with your invitation. We ask that you mail back your response and travel selections to our wedding planner, Donna. Feel free to contact Maura or Donna directly (973-507-6409) with any RSVP questions or concerns. Rehearsal dinner RSVPs will be available through our website after invitations are sent in August.

Where can I find transportation details for each event?

Please visit the "Travel" section for all transportation information; Reach out to Maura or Donna with any questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:00 pm. If you choose to take the provided transportation from the hotel to the church, we suggest hopping on an earlier shuttle to avoid delays. Shuttles will begin at 11:45 am. Please visit the "Travel" section for more details.

When can I book my room at the Madison Hotel?

Answer

Reservations are live! Please visit the "Travel" section for the discount code to book your room for Friday and/or Saturday. Rooms must be booked by September 4, 2024 to take advantage of the group discount code. Alternative lodging options are also available in the "Travel" section.

Are early check-ins and late check-outs available?

Answer

For guests staying at the Madison Hotel on Saturday night, we have requested a guaranteed 3:00 pm check-in time ahead of our cocktail hour at 4:00 pm. Earlier check-ins may be possible pending room availability at time of arrival. If your room is not ready when you arrive, the front desk will happily store your luggage for you. For guests attending the breakfast on Sunday, late check-outs have been guaranteed for 1:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The "Schedule" section provides dress code details for each event. The wedding reception requires black tie attire (tuxedos, gowns, long dresses). Black tie attire is not required for the ceremony if you wish to wear something more comfortable to the church.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones however we are not able to invite all of them to our wedding. We kindly ask for no kids during the wedding events unless otherwise specified. Please check your invitation envelope for addressee details. Appreciate your understanding!

Can everyone attend the breakfast on Sunday?

Answer

Yes! All wedding guests are welcome to attend our farewell breakfast on Sunday at 10:00 am in the Victorian Suite of the Madison Hotel. Please note this event is separate from the complimentary continental breakfast offered by the hotel for all overnight guests.
